Services
- Achieving specific results may require additional sessions and/or services.
- All services show a starting price and may increase for reasons including but not limited to hair length, texture, additional services rendered, and experience level.
- Any service performed on extensions requires an initial consultation before booking.
- Services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at West Vibe discretion.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed.
Services
- Service adjustments must be requested within 10 days of the original service. (exclude makeup & styling)
- Additional charges may apply if our guest changes their mind about the service they chose initially.
- If our stylist is in the wrong, we own up to it and the client pays no fee.
- To request a service adjustment, we kindly ask our guests to send us a detailed email of requested service along with pictures of their hair result and the original inspiration picture that was shown to the hairstylist.
- Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.
- All clients are asked to enter card details at the time of booking.
