Our policies

About our Services

Achieving specific results may require additional sessions and/or services. All services show a starting price and may increase depending on hair length, texture, additional services, and experience level. Services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at West Vibe discretion. We reserve the right to cancel or modify services as needed.

Client satisfaction policy and adjustments

Service adjustments must be requested within 10 days of the original service (excluding makeup and styling). Additional charges may apply if guests change the requested service. If the stylist is in the wrong, no adjustment fee is charged.

About cancellations and no shows

Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead. Late cancellation is charged 50% and no-shows are charged 100% of service price. Card details are required at booking.
