Client satisfaction policy and adjustments
Service adjustments must be requested within 10 days of the original service (excluding makeup and styling). Additional charges may apply if guests change the requested service. If the stylist is in the wrong, no adjustment fee is charged.
About cancellations and no shows
Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead. Late cancellation is charged 50% and no-shows are charged 100% of service price. Card details are required at booking.

To request a service adjustment, we kindly ask our guests to send us a detailed email of requested service along with pictures of their hair result and the original inspiration picture that was shown to the hairstylist.
