CHEMO CUT
My name is Maria, and I’m the owner of West Vibe. My mom is currently undergoing her second chemotherapy (breast cancer and leukemia), and watching her navigate this challenging time has deeply touched me. In honor of her courage and to give back to others in a similar situation, I’m offering free haircuts to individuals undergoing chemotherapy. I know just how difficult it can be to prepare for and to experience losing and regrowing your hair because of chemo, and I hope to make that process just the slightest bit less difficult for anyone that needs love and support.
Our Policies and Rules
Services
-Achieving specific results may require additional sessions and/or services.
-All services show a starting price and may increase for reasons including but not limited to hair length, texture, additional services rendered, and experience level.
-Any service performed on extensions requires an initial consultation before booking
– Services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored at West Vibe discretion.
-We reserve the right to cancel or modify your services as needed.
CLIENT SATISFACTION POLICY
- Service adjustments must be requested within 10 days of the original service
– Additional charges may apply If our guest changes their mind about the service they chose initially.
-If our stylist is in the wrong, we own up to it and the client pays no fee.
-To request a service adjustment, we kindly ask our guests to send us a detailed email of requested service along with pictures of their hair result and the original inspiration picture that was shown to the hairstylist.
CANCELATIONS
– Cancel for free up to 48 hours ahead, otherwise you will be charged 50% of the service price for late cancellation or 100% for not showing up.
–All clients are asked to enter card details at the time of booking.
